George Weston CEO of Associated British Foods visited the trade in Lusaka on 31^st May 2023. He was in the company of Paul Kenward, Gavin Dalgleish, Doug Kasambala, Andre Lubbe, Craig Jensen and Amy Mpungwe.

On 30^th May they were received by the Commercial team giving them a brief on the marketing strategy with snippets of the past present and future. This presentation was spearheaded by Commercial Director Chembe Kabandama, Trade Marketing Manager Catherine Simukonda and Route to Consumer Manager Luka Tembo at Sarovar Hotel. The presentation was in kiosk format.

On 31^st May the team visited and interacted with PAZA CEO Irshad Ginwala (one of our oldest resellers) and his staff at their premises on Cha Cha Road. Thereafter the team visited Soweto Market the hub of trade in Lusaka with Seth Chindima and Mirriam Ngandu as tour guides.

In the trade they mingled with stockists, medium and small traders and this gave them an insight of how extensive the sugar chain sales are and other competing brands.
