CANE RECEPTION
The milling process starts with the reception of sugar cane at the factory. We carefully inspect each delivery of sugar cane to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
JUICE EXTRACTION
Once the sugar cane has been inspected, it is fed into the milling process, where it is crushed to extract the juice. The juice is then filtered to remove any impurities and is then transferred to the evaporation stage.
EVAPORATION
In the evaporation stage, the juice is heated to remove the excess water, which increases the sugar concentration. The evaporated juice is then transferred to the crystallization stage.
CRYSTALLIZATION
In the crystallization stage, the sugar concentration is further increased by the controlled addition of seed crystals. The sugar crystals are then separated from the liquid, which is called molasses.
DRYING AND PACKAGING
The sugar crystals are then dried and packaged into bags or bulk containers. We use modern packaging techniques to ensure that our sugar products are delivered to our customers in the best possible condition
